Wrap Up + Stress to Rest


As the final is around the corner, you can see everyone is soooo stress. People are busy rushing their assignments, doing their revision and etc. College's concourse is so quiet now. Therefore, we'd the "stress to rest" for the CF-ers .. It was glad that Dr. Lee from University of Malaya came and talk to us last last Friday thou he is so busy. He taught us some ways to relief stress and i think it's indeed helpful for us. He taught us to meditate and deep breathing. Basically, meditation is a state of concentrating attention on some objects of thoughts or awareness. When we meditate we bring all the mind’s energy together and focus them on a word, a sound, a symbol, a comforting image, or our own breathing.All meditation develops mindfulness, which means we are being fully engaged in whatever that is happening in the present moment, without analyzing or otherwise “over-thinking” the experience. Stress can be reduced simply by the method of deep breathing, especially when facing a stressful situation. This technique can be practiced at anywhere and can be combined with other relaxing exercises, such as music. All you need is 10 minutes a day and a place to stretch out and that helps us to relieve our stress.

Last week was this semester last CF meeting. We'd a great time with playing with the game. And it was really sad that some of our members are going to depart from Inti. No matter what, y'all are still in our mind. Thanks for bringing joy and happiness to this family. Jus hope that all the best for everyone in the future.

So, i guess that's all for this time. C ya in the ICF Camp 08'. For those who is not goin to the camp, see ya next sem.
