Last Friday we had our worship themed Highly Flammable meeting! the main focus was on the worship of our Lord God.
We started straight away with our worship session led by both Brian Chong and our worship coordinator, Swee Vien, through a host of songs: Did You feel the Mountains Tremble? History Maker, Saviour king and Consuming Fire. Worship Once again
After our usual collection of the offering, we had our guest speaker, Youth Pastor Alex from Acts Church to speak to us about the main points of worship. That worship isn't just about singing, its also about praising God in whatever we do and meaning it. The young looking pastor spoke with humor and passion that struck the audience.

Different from our usual meetings, this time we followed up with a post-message worship that really kept the ambiance flowing. After some announcements, the meeting concluded.
Please take note that there will be a meeting next Friday (3/10/08) themed Caution! Explosive. Furthermore, our usual Prayerlicious would continue except on Wednesday. Looking forward to see you all next week!!

As you know, last Friday was our very first week of ICF for the new semester. Just a few new changes compared to last sem. But first we had a fun ice breaker led by Sarah.

As the video shows, our theme for this semester is called......*drum roll*.... FLAME ON- as our chairperson has mentioned, it represents our desire to reignite the passion in ourselves. The video was followed up with our usual slide presentation and introduction of the committee for this semester.

1 of our newest "innovations" this semester is our new Prayerlicious! Okay, fine. So it's just another name for prayer meetings. It stills sounds waaayyyy cooler.
