Intro Day

Hey everyone!! Welcome back to another semester of Glory-For-God Greatness that is INTI CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP!!

As you would all know from our recent posting, yesterday we had our very first ICF meeting of the semester in Lecture Hall 3, courtesy of Ms Khor. We are glad to start this semester with a BANG and the hall definately helped.



We started with a worship led by Christine Sr.(:>) with soong such as Friend of God, Now that You're Near and Eagles Wings.



After worship, Brian led a small round of "3 man round up" as ice-breaker. Newcomers were definitely shy in the beginning with the prospect of holding a stranger's hand (especially boys.....), but as the music picked up, even they threw aside all bashfulness. Where there is an ice-breaker, there were surely losers.....and yes, the losers were PUNISHED.


With the ice "broken", we were finally ready to introduce our theme for this semester.....*drum roll*

WHY LOVE?

Brian led the introduction. Why Love? was chosen because we want to emphasize n love and compassion in this world now when it is filled with so much discord.

Our objectives this semester is to reach a close relationship with GOD, our friends and family, and with the community.

Next we will introduce our committee for this semester. We would like to bid farewell and good luck to the pass committee members who have now moved on to other opportunities in life. THANK YOU Swee Vien, Sarah, Amy, Fiona, Christine Ong (Sr) and Adrian for your hard work and dedication you all have given us.

we would like to welcome the NEW committee members: Brittania, Christine Lee (Jr), Samson, Erica, Leon, Brandon, Angeline, Desmond and Julian. Yes, there are more committee members this semester. As our mission and population increase, so must our committee!!

A small announcement. Due to several reasons, our Corporate prayer would now only be held on Friday 1-1.30pm, Room 209, Block B (Solla Office)

After a round of announcements, we all adjourned to some refreshments and food.:)
